What do I enjoy most about tutoring?😁

補習導師的工作對我來說非常有挑戰性，當中學校功課問題以及學生的回應往往有著不同的變化，而我是一個過喜歡學習新知識的人，因此這個工作，為我提供了一個很好的學習環境。另外我喜歡接觸小朋友小朋友的純真簡單讓我喜歡與他們一起相處。

我從中七開始已經為不同年紀的學生補習，現在亦是一名中一學生的私人補習老師及一所補習社的兼職補習導師，因此我認為我的補習經驗還算豐富，可以勝任作為補習老師的要求

主要可以加強學生的自信心，如果學生對自己有一定的個人肯定，會增加他們對學習新知識的與趣，從而對學習有一定的幫助 加強他們的自信心可以從鼓勵開始，微細事情上多加鼓勵，讓學生不會因爲挫敗而氣餒。

About Me

I am Kendy, I have been a flight attentant in Cathy Pacific Airway from 2015 till now. Having to work to tight deadlines has taught me how to work independently as part of a professional team. I have developed my communication skills by communicating with my colleagues and customers, and proved to be a trustworthy employee. I have also been working as a private tutor since October 2020. It provides me a great chance to interact with difference children from various background and educational level. It enhances my teaching experience.

有一次，我的學生是一名小五非華語學生，他被標籤為非常不主動，亦不合作的學生，當我第一次教導他的時候，我發現他並不是不合作，只是他有專注力不足及對文字理解有困難的問題，因此他無法回應老師簡單的提問，我一步一步的帶領他了解題目，雖然時間用得比其他小朋友多，但希望在學習過程中他有得着，至少了解一點基本知識，這對他來說是非常重要。
