What are the prerequisites of this course?
First and foremost, to study an IAL in Psychology
you must have a keen interest in the human behaviour, a curious mind and the ability to evaluate
evidence and arguments. You do not need to have studied psychology
before, although previous study at GCSE level may be useful.
What can I do with an
A-level in Psychology?
You can go on to university courses like an honours degrees in
Psychology, or go on to degrees like Medicine, Politics, Law, Social Work and applied Business.
The
skills learned by studying psychology are relevant to many careers across a diverse field, including
sport, education, business, social work and medicine, among others.
