Sir Ken Robinson, known to many around the world for THAT TedTalk, has passed away aged 70. He certainly got people thinking more proactively about how we move education in the developed world into the 21st century from the 19th!!!
A provocative spokesperson whose actions demonstrated the value of critical thinking and logical assessment of evidence. And yet presented in an easily accessible way. That Youtube of his TedTalk has been viewed nearly 400 million times.
At ITS we certainly follow his ethos of helping students attain the elements of the system they need but in the way that suits them. Proper student-centred learning.
