Over years teaching in China, I noticed 3 ways Chinese families think about money - especially when it comes to their kids

Here is an interesting article from a woman who spent about eight years teaching and tutoring children in China, many of whom came from wealthy families and were expected to continue their education in English-speaking countries.
Her three points are:
- Parents go to great lengths to fund their child's education
- Families do what they have to for their kids to get ahead
- Mobile payments have become the norm
No great surprises there for those of us familiar with Chinese families and their children.
