Radios for exams (?!) - It's time for the Hong Kong Education Bureau to modernize

Radios are still being used for Chinese and English tests in the final year of local secondary schools. This is apparently causing stress, as a recent survey showed that 60% of the students have never used a radio. The students are stressed enough as it is, the last thing they need to worry about is how to use a radio.
