PIE reports on a new QS survey which shows as many as 45% of prospective international students will only take up their studies once travel restrictions have lifted and face-to0face teaching has resumed.

These two factors - international mobility and in-person teaching - are the two standout factors in the decision to become an international student.

The survey asked additional questions around attitudes to vaccines and other support that may influence decisions. Interestingly 84% of 2021 students expect to take up their students showing a good level of optimism among the young.
