Note that each exam will be enrolled on a first- come, first-served basis. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your invoice. All invoices for enrolment must be paid by 1pm on the second working day after your invoice date. Failure to do so will mean your enrolment is not processed as it is unfair to those in the waitlist. If you miss payment and then wish to re-enrol AND space is still available, THEN a 20% surcharge will be levied to cover additional administration costs.
Subjects available at ITS can be seen in the form. If a subject is not in the form, it is not available. Ensure you enroll correctly. Double check all information and ensure your options and photo submissions are correct (where applicable). Incorrect enrolment forms will not be processed and you may miss out on a seat.
Documents for Access Arrangements (e.g. extra-time) must be submitted at the time of enrolment. We cannot process partial applications. If you do not declare a need for Access Arrangements on your enrolment form and request them later, it is highly unlikely they can be approved.
Note that the dates and times of these exams are fixed by Pearson under the rules of the UK government and cannot be changed.
Important: There are no refunds of examination fees. Do not enrol until you are sure you want to take the examinations you are considering.
Enrolments for May/June 2026 Exam Session - Important Dates
IAL, GCE Chinese and IGCSE (available subjects in the enrolment form)
Early Bird fee period: Form received Monday 9th February 10:00am - Sunday 15th February 11:59pm
Regular fee period: Form received Monday 16th February 00:00am - Tuesday 10th March 1:00pm
Late fee period: Form received Tuesday 10th March 1:01pm - Tuesday 31st March 1:00pm
If you are applying for Access Arrangements such as extra-time you must submit supporting evidence at the time of your enrolment. If you submit a standard enrolment you cannot apply for Access Arrangements later. If the supporting evidence you submit is insufficient you will be asked to replace it. Please note that in this case the fee charged will depend on when the correct documents were received, not when the first enrolment was made. In any case, Access Arrangements cannot be processed after Tuesday 10th March 1:00pm.
