Fa Harrington, B.A. (Hons)

Fashion Designer, Hong Kong, London, Bangkok


Course Leader

Raised in Bangkok, Fa studied and travelled across the globe before settling in Hong Kong in 2004. Trained in marketing & accounting followed by fashion design and dressmaking in Thailand, Australia, UK and Hong Kong, set up her own business in 2009. She has produced several own-label collections, run fashion shows and, for years, has offered courses in both training and educational settings at ITS Education Asia.

London Academy of Design and Dress Making - Advanced Dress Making Course, including draping, bead embroidery and formal dresses and eveningwear

Miu Wong, PhD

Fashion design lecturer, Hong Kong


Miu Wong first graduated with a Fashion Design Masters Degree with credit from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and then completed his PhD in 2018. He has worked both in industry and academia gaining extensive experience specifically in the fields of fashion graphic design, hotel and bank uniform, costume design, accessory design and visual merchandising. His work for brands includes BCBGMAXAZRIA and Faith Connection. Currently, Miu is a Visiting Lecturer in various universities in Hong Kong as well as running Fashion Project workshops. He especially enjoys teaching sewing application, fashion illustration, presentation, history of fashion culture, shoe design, CAD in fashion design, fashion drafting and pattern making.






Amanda Chow

Lingerie Designer, Hong Kong


Amanda took a BA in Intimate Apparel from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University having already completed the HKPU Higher Dip in Fashion and Textile Studies. She worked for 2 years for a local firm – Mei King Lingerie – before moving to Triumph International. She has been with Triumph for 7 years as a Creative Designer. Fluent in Chinese and English, she brings incredible experience to the design staff.
