About The School
Nord Anglia’s Dover Court International School was established in 1972 and is one of the well-known names in Singapore offering the international British education. It is a hugely popular ‘all-through’ school that offers outstanding SEN provision, an existing STEAM and music programme, and recently offering the IB Diploma Programme. The school is known for its good teacher to student ratio, wide selection of after school activity programmes, central location, generous outdoor space and collaboration with Juilliard for music and MIT for STEAM. Students have the privileges of enjoying several playgrounds, a grass sports field, swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall, sensory rooms and two libraries. A new and purpose-built Secondary building with shared learning spaces was added two years ago. DCIS has an excellent reputation with its additional learning pathways, Early Intervention programme, and ESL (English as a Second Language) programmes as well as offering the mainstream programme. DCIS has dedicated self-contained buildings for the Early Years, Primary and Secondary school, with the lower years having ground-floor rooms that lead to the spacious outdoor play areas. The school has grown to 1750 students and their high school section is rapidly gaining popularity.
