About The School
Sha Tin College (STC) is the English Schools Foundation only secondary school in the New Territories. Most students transition at Year 6 from its feeder school, ESF’s Sha Tin Junior School, which is located next door. STC is regarded as being ESF’s highest performing school in terms of IB results. The school is easily accessible from the Sha Tin MTR station. STC offers a broad and balanced curriculum with a strong focus on leadership in all year groups. In Years 7 to 9, students focus on subject areas required by MYP programme. IGCSEs are taught in Years 10 and 11, and senior students work towards the IBDP. Senior students have choice of more than 30 subjects in the IBDP programme. STC uses software programmes in all lessons from maths through to music. Primary students learn about algorithms and programming logic, and coding. The school offers an excellent sports programme and creative arts is equally as impressive. STC is an inclusive school that accepts students with varying abilities.
