About The School
International French School (Singapore) has more than 3,000 students, aged three to 18, of about 50 nationalities, and is set to grow its capacity by another 1,000 by 2023. It is Singapore’s only French school and was established more than 50 years ago. Since it’s inception, it has branched out from its French curriculum with the addition of a bilingual French stream and it has changed its name from Lycee Francais de Singapour to the International French School (Singapore)(IFS). Students can enter IFS from as young as two years when join Maternelle (N1 to K2). IFS is certified by the French Ministry of Education to deliver the French curriculum to students from kindergarten through to high school. And as a member of the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), it offers its students a simple and easy transfer to French schools throughout the world.
