About The School
The Grange opened in August 2018, and it has grown to be a very popular school for it’s friendly and nurturing community and affordable fees. It is owned by Crestar Education Group, which has a network of more than 120 pre-school, childcare and adult education centres across Singapore, China and many other countries in South East Asia. It is a small campus for Primary-aged children with minimum facilities but for my families the appeal is the January to December academic year, the close-knit community, and all the characteristics of a village school. As well as this, it takes full advantage of it’s natural surroundings and offers a lot of outdoor time and activities for students. Apart from offering the Cambridge International Primary Curriculum for English, maths and science and the International Primary Curriculum, it also offers their own bespoke Cre8tors-in-Action educational philosophy, which aims to develop eight core competencies: Construction & Design; Respecting the Environment; Entrepreneurial Spirit; Active Citizenship; Teamwork & Partnerships; Original Ideas: Recognising Issues; and Service Leadership. And although it does not offer EAL, it offers additional English language classes for non-native speakers.
